A very high percentage of heat is lost through the walls of a building. This may account for over 50% of the entire building energy requirements. Methodo is a unique ventilated cladding system that combines all the benefits of energy efficient panel construction with the aesthetics of a natural stone facade. Over 30 years in development, Methodo panels are a product of high technology that incorporates a number of high-quality features. Its patent interlocking system enables the panels to overlap once fitted creating a closed joint ventilation system achieving a natural looking, traditional masonry finish without the need of traditional masonry skills. 

To ensure the consistency of quality raw materials and uniformity of each individual panel, stringent quality tests are performed on compression, sintering and UV resistance during and after production. Therefore a Methodo ventilated facade is free from fissures, flaws and other weak points that reduce the strength and versatility of quarried materials in their original state. 

With each Methodo panel weighing approx. 8kgs each (panel weight of 20kg per m²), Methodo is extremely lightweight. This enables much easier handling onsite and quicker installation saving time, effort and importantly money. The Methodo ventilated cladding system can be supplied in a range of colours offering the specifier a versatile way to enhance the appearance of any building and the flexibility in design to familiarise a building with its surroundings.

The face surface of METHODO panels can be obtained in two separate ways. A natural finish or normal marble polishing procedures can be obtained to create a polished marbled appearance without the usual price tag. This technique leaves Methodo as the perfect choice for a polished marble exterior or interior finish.

Where a natural finish is required, Methodo can reproduce all the beauty and variation of natural stone. The consistency of materials in a Methodo panel delivers a product offering resistant to pollution and weather with maximum longevity.
