A landslide that occurred in Indonesia's West Java province on Tuesday has left six dead and a further 60 missing.

The 300-metre deep landslide followed days of heavy rain in the mountainous village, and has covered around 50 houses, a tea factory and a mosque in thick mud.

Around 600 villagers have been evacuated from the region while the military has been drafted in to help support rescue efforts.
